GMS 2 has world-class standards, processes and systems in place to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality, as well as ISO 14001:2015 Environmental and AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational health and safety.


Quality Management
GMS 2 maintains the Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001 which is continuously audited internally by our dedicated Quality and Business Improvement Manager.

GMS 2 has strong, robust business systems and HR Policies and Procedures. These systems, policies and procedures are used to train our people and Service Agents to focus on service quality, safety and compliance. This process is reinforced by our PostCode Management Information System, which is continually being improved through engagement with clients and stakeholders.

Health & Safety
Our workplace health and safety management policies and procedures are strictly enforced across our service agent network with each individual agent required to comply before undertaking any works.

With stringent environmental standards required of all personnel, service agents and contractors, GMS 2’s Sustainable Business Policy has a strong environmental focus, particularly around environmental responsibility, minimising impacts to the environment and advocating sustainable sourcing.
