Bob Durie

Managing Director

As the founder and managing director of Just Glass, Gecko MMS and GMS 2, Bob has over 25 years of experience in the trades and facilities management arena.

Bob has established a strong reputation for his ability to deliver service solutions where all others have failed, and for providing above-and-beyond service in the provision of property maintenance, giving a personal level of attention to many of GMS 2’s clients.

Experienced in working within Government and for large corporate organisations, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of our PostCode system, Bob has a wide range of skills.

Prior to establishing his own business operations, Bob was a member of 3rd Battalion, the Para Regiment, 3 RAR, within the Australian Army.

Shaun Cora

Estimator and Indigenous Liaison

With a strong background in project management, estimating and scheduling, Shaun is our Estimator, working closely with the Senior Service Centre Supervisor to manage general daily operations and ensure an accurate quotation and validation process for our scopes of work.

As a proud Indigenous Ghungalu descendant, Shaun has over 21 years’ experience in building and construction, particularly working in Indigenous job creation and empowerment.

Shaun is committed to exceeding client and consumer expectations, with a solid foundation for product and service delivery in both the building and insurance industries.

Darryl Pascoe

Transition / Project Manager

Darryl is a trade-qualified maintenance manager with over 25 years of relevant experience gained in Australia and the United States. He has extensive commercial and residential sector experience in the manufacture, installation and supervision of standard and specialised cabinetry for shops, offices kitchens and bathroom projects.

Darryl is responsible for supervising, inspecting and reporting on maintenance works at several of GMS2’s client portfolios in Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia. His clients include: Department of Immigration & Border Protection, Fair Work Ombudsman, Australia Post, Department of Human Services, Australian Federal Police, Department of Agriculture, Fonterra Australia, Telstra, Westpac and Suncorp.

Teadora Van Veen

National Operations Administration Manager

Teadora is currently our National Operations Administration Manager. In this role, Teadora is responsible for the company’s integrated management systems and business improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining GMS 2, Teadora held a number of project administration roles in the construction industry. As Project Administrator for the corporate arm of Spantech, Teadora assisted the Project Manager with a number of highly specialised construction projects involving the company’s concrete hardened roofing system structures.
